Becoming Healthy, Staying Healthy
A Book Study with Maegan
Join Maegan Lemp of Confluence Healing Collective for a thoughtful exploration of Ann Cecil Sterman’s Becoming Healthy, Staying Healthy—the second event in The Cultivation Series, a collection of intimate micro-classes designed to support self-cultivation through simple, restorative practices that can be woven into daily life.
An expert in Classical Chinese Medicine, Sterman has distilled her extensive knowledge into an easily readable and approachable guide for living in ways that facilitate wellness. At its heart is the understanding that health is not something we simply achieve, but something we cultivate through the choices we make each day.
Through discussion and reflection, we’ll explore how becoming more intentional about the way we eat, rest, move, and care for ourselves can become a meaningful practice. Rather than requiring sweeping changes, Sterman offers practical wisdom that can be thoughtfully integrated into everyday life.

Step into a winter-season healing journey with Joy Page and Dr. Maegan Lemp for an immersive blend of Acupuncture & Sound Healing designed to nourish the Water–Fire axis and help you reconnect with your truest essence.
As we move through the colder months, our bodies naturally turn inward. In Chinese medicine, this is the season of the Water element, the deep reservoir that holds your ancestral wisdom, your quiet strength, and the most unfiltered version of who you are. When Water is balanced and supported, its truths rise upward to meet the Heart—your inner flame—allowing you to embody your authentic Self in the world with clarity, confidence, and ease.
As the needles are gently placed, Joy will weave a meditative sound journey using crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, and chimes. These frequencies move like currents of Water and waves of Fire—soothing the nervous system, softening internal resistance, and awakening the subtle intelligence that lives beneath the surface of your awareness.
Dr. Maegan will guide you through an acupuncture treatment that works with the extraordinary meridians pathways that tap into your foundational energy and help realign your mind, body, and spirit. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing for access to the lower legs, forearms, and sternum.
Together, acupuncture and sound become a bridge between the depths and the heart:
Join us as we merge the experience of sound and acupuncture to nourish the Water–Fire axis — inviting clarity, wisdom, and purpose into your Heart.
